    REFUND INFORMATION

    How long will refund process take?

    Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 48 hrs to have checked the product Download Status from your Purchase Account and another 48 hrs to initiate refund subject to Download System inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

    How will I receive my Refund?

    If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue EmbDisk Wallet Credits. EmbDisk Wallet Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website or in mobile app.

    EmbDisk.com has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality products and service. To promote customer satisfaction, EmbDisk.com reserves the right to reverse a sale. Due to the digital format Product of Embroidery Design, when a product is returned the customer retains the product and, in many cases, the customer has received a benefit from the product before the return. In such cases, EmbDisk.com reserves the right to issue a refund for less than the full purchase price.

    What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

    We accept payments via Credit Card/Debit Cards or Netbanking from almost all banks.

    Is Buying Online Safe?

    All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. We use 3rd party payment gateway, they transfer your money and handover your payment to us safely, so do not worry about it. Most of the shopping site uses a 3rd party payment gateway to handle the secure transaction process, we also follow the same practice.

    What should I do if my payment fails?

    In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on EmbDisk@gmail.com or please contact us with your order number for any clarification. If your account is debited and you are unable to see the download link on the download section of your account. I see debit transactions in my Bank Statement from EmbDisk but I have never shopped with EmbDisk. What do I do? If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on EmbDisk.com, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you’re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction so that we can look into it.

    Are there any hidden charges?

    There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary. The service charges and tax should be paid by you that are charged by your bank.
